Mastercard's Sydney office underwent a major voice system upgrade in 2008 during an office relocation project. This project was managed remotely from North America by the Global Telecoms Team. The project was awarded to Syndeticom due to our history in working with the client on past data cabling projects, industry reputation, and our level of commitment to delivering in tight time frames.
The Mastercard Global Telecoms Project Manager made the trip to Sydney for the cut-over, and the only task for him to complete was to sign off the test plan and meet the Syndeticom team he had been corresponding with for the last 8 weeks.
Syndeticom has provided the local voice support for Mastercard til present.
