About the Opportunity

You will be working with a team of sales professionals, seeking to expand our existing and new client base.

Throughout your 3 year apprenticeship, you will be studying a Certificate III in Telecommunications.

You will predominantly be based on site with our Warehouse and Office based at Castle Hill.

Tasks and key responsibilities:
  • Onsite client communication.
  • Interpreting technical data from drawings, blueprints, schematics, floorplans, elevations and service manuals.

  • Installation and testing of projection screens, projector lifters, uni-strut and ceiling speakers.

These projects will span from 2 weeks to 6 months at a time, across multiple client businesses, these can include government, education & corporate. You will be responsible for all aspects of WH&S and quality requirements on site and regular reporting to the project manager.

You will predominately be based on site, with one of our warehouses and the Client Services team being based in our Alexandria Office.

Tasks and key responsibilities:
  • Lead a crew of 4-6 Client Services team members.
  • Training of new and existing team members.
  • Following all WH&S requirements.
  • Quality assurance of works being completed.
  • Regular updates and reporting to Project Manager.
  • Onsite client communication.

This is an onsite and remote IT support role; to provide support and assistance to Trader related IT issues. You will provide an onsite presence located at our clients Sydney offices.

The role will be working in blended teams with our client and provide timely and efficient solutions to the Trader platform whilst maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints/escalations and issues in relation to Trader software and desktop setup.
  • Undertake performance quality monitoring and compliance checks using Trader portal and tools.
  • Apply risk management techniques by identifying and responding to business risks.
  • Undertake tasks assigned to you safely in line with relevant internal and external regulatory requirements of the client.
  • Provisioning of Markets application access and User Access Review.
  • Ensure our clients Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded through the monitoring and management of alerts, events, and incidents.

  • Provide coverage for Australia and New Zealand between hours of 0500-1900 AEST.
  • Liaise with global and other support teams as required for support, software version and patch management.
Skills and experience
