About the role

With the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking for a passionate professional to join and to continue building our branch in Canberra.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the ACT business unit; this includes management of the day to day operations, sales, financial reporting and business profitability of the branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships
  • Source and develop new leads and opportunities in conjunction with the sales staff
  • Management and delivery of projects through the project management team
  • Monthly branch financial reporting
  • Compliance with WH&S and QA systems and requirements
  • Coordinate the necessary hardware and labour resources to meet customer expectations and financial constraints of the job quoted
  • Resourcing and growth of the branch
About you

You are an adept communicator with strong negotiation skills and well-built leadership skills with the ambition to succeed. You also have the ability to build relationships successfully and manage stakeholder expectations, and your strong problem-solving skills are inherent to you.

A bit more about you:

  • Prior experience in managing and delivering communications cabling, data centre or audio visual projects
  • Proven business operations management
  • Strong commitment to excellence and delivering a quality product and service
  • Possesses general understanding in the areas of cabling infrastructure and electrical services
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • ACRS general cabling license (preferred)
  • Cabling and audio visual vendor training certifications (preferred)
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our growing company!

About the opportunity

With the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our dynamic Finance Team at Balgowlah.

As the Assistant Accountant, and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for a variety of financial aspects associated with running a growing company.

This is all about having the right attitude and drive; if you are a team player and you are looking to grow and develop your overall accounting skills and experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank reconciliations and cash management
  • Taxes (GST, FBT, Payroll tax)
  • State and Federal compliances
  • Month-end / year-end reports and reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
About You
  • At least 3 years local experience in an Accounts role
  • Excellent communications skills, able to communicate to different stakeholders internally and externally
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative, but also must be an enthusiastic team player
  • Positive, friendly personality with a mature attitude and a desire to learn and grow
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel skills
  • MYOB and Project Management system experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting + working towards CPA qualification

Audio Visual Supervisors/Technicians/Trainees, NSW

About the opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking motivated Audio-Visual Technicians, with experience in Audio Visual commercial installations throughout the Corporate, Government and Education sectors.

On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself working with a team of installation technicians to complete project tasks within the time frame agreed with management whilst providing our customers a great level of service and quality.

Skills and Experience
  • Current driver’s Licence & White Card
  • ACMA Licence / Cable termination skills
  • Experience with permanent installation of commercial audio-visual equipment.
  • Independent, reliable and can work with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills
  • Have a good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel (short periods) preferred

Data Centre Service Manager, NSW
Sydney, Full-time, Permanent

About the opportunity

We are currently looking for an active and dynamic person with solid experience in managing Data Centre and Services projects, to join our fun team.

As Service Manager, you will manage the supply and installation of projects and maintenance contract to customer’s premises in a safe, timely and financially responsible manner. You will also support the planning, pricing, implementation, tracking and control of projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and management of projects to scope, schedule, budget and resources.
  • Development and implementation of project plans to meet agreed timeframes and standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and management to manage expectations.
  • Liaise with and communicate between different project streams to ensure continuity.
  • Ensure the effective and timely delivery of the different projects.
  • Ensure our Field Staff understand the scope of work and are equipped to provide quality outcomes to our customers.
  • Locate and allocate resources to projects and schedule their time on site.
About you
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to be successful
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of network connectivity
  • Experience in LAN installations
  • Trade experience
  • ACMA licence and current valid Driver’s Licence
  • Prince 2 or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • Experience in multisite rollout style projects & structured cabling
