Arab Bank Australia Limited originally approached Avaya as a prospective telephony vendor to quote on a new phone system for their head office. Avaya chose to partner with Syndeticom as the systems integrator early in the quotation phase, which helped to bundle up many services into the overall package.

The new phone system was just part of a larger project to move their head office to a new premises, which also needed to upgrade the communications cabling to support 10GBE and POE+ to the desk, as well as a new multipoint video conferencing platform for their boardroom.

Syndeticom bundled all services into a one-stop-shop package including 4 years of support and maintenance, which was further extended at the expiration of the 4 year term given the service and experience provided.
